Ebonyioma  Day:  FCT Chapter Award Founder and others By. Paul Edoh, Abuja.

Ebonyioma group is a youth wing of Ebonyi State community a foremost Ebonyi Cultural organization with branches across federation with the aim of promoting the state cultural value, uniting all the youths  observe her end of the year party Sunday 16th day of December 2018.

The event which held at the zoological Park Area 1 Abuja witnessed a huge turnout of members cut across all works of life.


The FCT branch chapter President of Ebonyioma  Mr. Harrison Uchenna Nwafor who spoke with conscience radio said “ the association has so far changed the face of Ebonyi  state by uniting all sons and daughters of the state under one umbrella.” He further stated that;

“The 13 local government in the state were brought together and within the space of one year after it’s’ inauguration in Abuja had registered seventy ebonyinias. and the skill aquisation Program coming up soon will make the youths more self relient” and he thank all invited guest for attending the end of the year’s event. Sunjohn Nwosu an awardee and founder of the organization nationwide said he felt great being awarded by the group he created years back , he told reporters that he was inspired by the long existing disparity among youths of the state and decided to come up with an idea that will bring all the youths together as one brothers and sisters under one cultural heritage and under one governor.


Chief Offor Williams Eleme President General of Ebonyi state community Abuja branch commend the good work of the FCT President of Ebonyioma and charge the youths (Ebonyioma’s) to be courageous and be ready to portray the image of the state where ever they find themselves.

The event which was organize to wrap up the year witnessed various cultural display by the youths.
